Any agency with Sales Center Prospecting can import a list of leads as long as it is a CSV file. Once imported, you can use Email Campaigns to send bulk campaigns using our extensive email template design and content libraries to reach out and try and win over your list of leads. 1. To import a list of leads, hover over the Sales Center icon.

2. Click Prospecting.



1. Once inside the Prospecting feature, click Add New List.

2. Choose whether it is Personal or Commercial, and enter a List Name.

3. Upload a file from your computer. Only CSV files are permitted.

4. Check the box to Accept the terms and agreements.

5. Finally, click the Continue button.


The first time a file is imported, each column from the spreadsheet must be mapped to a field within EZLynx. Once done the first time you can save the field mapping so the system remembers for future imports. To save the field mapping, click the Save MAP button.



In an effort to keep Sales Center Prospecting data clean, only true prospects appear in Prospecting. After importing a lead list, any prospects that the system matches to already existing applicants will no longer show up in Prospecting. The same holds true for prospects converted to applicants after an opportunity is created for them in Sales Center. This allows an agency to truly target only new prospects.


When using the search feature in Sales Center Prospecting to look through your list of imported prospects, you can search based off the following criteria:

  • Prospect's name (first, middle, and last name)
  • Commercial business name
  • Commercial business primary contact (first, middle, and last name)
  • Commercial business secondary contact (first, middle, and last name)
  • Commercial and Personal prospect email addresses
