EZLynx has redefined how Master Certificates are created and managed. This will cause a more streamlined workflow for Master Certificates and includes a number of new features. 


(Please note: The Master Certificate feature is available in our Level 2 and Level 3 Management System.)

The Certificate Settings tab allows for the following options to be configured: 


  • Certificate Holders - Add or edit common Certificate Holders for faster Master Certificate creation 
  • Master Remarks - Add or edit common Master Remarks for faster Master Certificate creation


(Please note: The Certificate Settings is only visible for Admin Users. If you are interested in becoming an Admin for Master Certificates, please email support@ezlynx.com


Accessing Certificate Settings 


1. Hover over the Settings (gear) icon. 

2. Click Certificate Settings




Creating a Certificate Holder


3. Click the Holders tab.

4. Click the green Add Certificate Holder button.



5. Type in the name of the Certificate Holder.

6. All other fields are optional. However, we do recommend inputting as much information as needed for quicker Certificate Master creation. 

7. Click the green Save button. 



Once the Certificate Holder is created, it can be used on Master Certificate. To learn how to create a Master Certificate, please see: Master Certificate Workflow


Managing Certificate Holders


NameFunction
1. Search Master HoldersAbility to search for specific Certificate Holder via Name, Address, Email or Phone
2. NameName of the Certificate Holder / Can be sorted
3. AddressAddress of the Certificate Holder / Can be sorted
4. EmailEmail address of the Certificate Holder / Can be sorted
5. PhoneNumber inputted in the Phone field of the Certificate Holder / Can be sorted
6. Created ByEZLynx user that created the Certificate Holder / Cannot be sorted
7. SharedWhether or not the Certificate Holder is shared to all in the Agency / Can be sorted
8. ActionsEdit, Share, or Delete the Certificate Holder
9. Paging OptionsAbility to change the items per page and move through multiple pages 




Creating a Master Remark


3. Click the Remarks tab. 

4. Click the green Add Remark button. 



5. Type in the Title.

6. Type in the Remarks

7. There is a character counter for the remarks down below. 

8. Click Save
