EZLynx has created an email add-in for the Office 365 platform. One install gives you the EZLynx Office 365 Email Add-In capability across all devices. It is compatible with all your devices and browsers, including Mac. 


This add-in has the following capabilities: 

  • Rename the email and all attachments for cleaner, more efficient filing
  • Choose which attachments to save
  • Interact with Workspace without leaving Outlook
  • Update Applicant email addresses with one click
  • Efficient Sent Email filing workflow

Installing Office 365 Email Add-In – Desktop Version

 

1. Under the Home Tab, click the Get Add-Ins button.

 

 

2. In the "Search add-ins" bar in the top right hand corner, type EZLynx


3. Click EZLynx for Outlook


 

4. Click the blue Add button.

 


5. Once installed you should see a blue check mark. Close out the window to go back to your Outlook.

 


6. On the Outlook Ribbon, click the EZLynx Icon. This will open a fly-out which will house the EZLynx Add-in.


7. Input your EZLynx username and password to login. This will allow the Add-in to locate and search through your agency's EZLynx to locate matching customer accounts based on email address. 


Quick Tip! Pin the fly-out so you can always see it for a more efficient workflow. 

 



Installing Office 365 Email Add-In - Online Version


1. While clicked onto an email, click the More Actions button. 



2. Click Get Add-ins at the bottom.



3. In the "Search add-ins" bar in the top right hand corner, type EZLynx


4. Click EZLynx for Outlook



5. Click the blue Add button.

 


6. Once installed you should see a blue check mark. Close out the windows to go back to your Outlook.
