Below, we have listed some important ways your agency can leverage Client Center to improve the customer experience for clients and prospects alike.
Preview your Digital Capabilities

Self-Service Anywhere
Today’s customers expect their insurance agency to have an online customer service presence. If your agency doesn’t have one, your clients are increasingly likely to find one that does. Client Center provides the customer experience they demand.
By serving as an online portal for clients to make secure requests and view important documents, EZLynx Client Center works as a 24/7/365 digital customer service representative.
Here’s what your customers can do:
- View policies – Customers can view all their policies and better understand their coverages.
- Download ID cards – On the go and forgot their card (like a traffic stop)? No problem! Policy holders can retrieve ID cards to display on their mobile device or print for safekeeping.
- Request changes – Policy change requests are logged immediately and sent to your agency. This enhances response times and increases productivity.
- Update information – Moving and need to change their mailing address? Clients can update all their information directly and at their convenience.
- Share policy documents – Client documents can be downloaded to print or save. Best of all, document sharing works in both directions. Clients can also upload documents securely and conveniently.
- Share proposal documents or pre-renewal account review questionnaires – The document(s) sharing feature is also ideal for communicating in remarketing situations. Again… when face-to-face isn’t convenient, EZLynx Client Center provides a secure online solution to keep the process moving forward.

How to Promote Client Center
Here are some ways your agency can promote its 24/7/365 online customer service tool.
Promote Client Center via Email Campaigns
You can create an Email Campaign and send it to a group of customers using our Reports and Email Campaigns products to promote Client Center usage. You can utilize the “EZLynx Template – Client Center” which is a template already built into the system and has a list of what your customers can do in Client Center and a button that has your Client Center portal already linked!

Utilize the Share feature
On any customer account, you can use the Share feature to send a Client Center link via Text and/or Email. Simply select the Share icon on the customer's account pane and choose either Client Center Link via Text or Email.
- If you choose Text, the Text Messaging Pane will open on the right-hand side with a pre-filled message and link to your Client Center ready to go. You can edit it to add more or send it as is.
- If you choose Email, a new tab will open with a pre-filled message and link to your Client Center ready to go. You can edit it to add more or send it as is.
Share a link via e-mail signature
You can add your Client Center portal link to your email signature to provide customers with a quick access to the Client Center. To do this, the Agency Admin will need to share out the first link that was provided in the Client Center Setup email they received from the EZLynx Onboarding team.
Embed Client Center onto your Agency's Website
Using the following html code, you can have your website developer embed your agency's Client Center portal onto your agency's website. Please note, if EZLynx is creating your Agency Website, we will take care of this step for you.

Wherever you see the word HOSTNAME in the html code, you will need to replace it with your agency's portal name which can be found in the Client Center settings page. Hover over the Settings icon and select Client Center. On the top-left of the Client Center Settings page, you'll find the Portal Name. This is what you need to replace HOSTNAME with for the html code to work.
