We are excited to announce that with this release, you are now able to access a brand-new section in Email Campaigns Settings called Agency Logo! The new feature gives the agency an opportunity to add an Agency Logo and share it with their subs/branches. With this implementation agents can now include their branding in the Email Templates and Email Designs that we provide as part of the product without doing the manual work to include them.

Email Campaign Settings - Parent/Main Admin


If you are an Email Campaign Admin at a Parent or Main Office you can hover over the Communication Center icon. Then, click the Settings option. 



Under the General Preferences tab, you will see a section called Agency Logo. This section gives you the ability to do the following: 


  1. Add the Agency Logo
  2. Share with the other users and branches
  3. Prevent users from the changing the logo



Attention! - The max file size for the logo is currently 1 MB. We highly recommend not going past this size and using the Send a Test Campaign option during the Schedule Step to make sure the Agency Logo is not too big before you send out an Email Campaign. Email Campaign Settings - Branch Admin 


If you are an Email Campaign Admin at a Branch Office you can hover over the Communication Center icon. Then, click the Settings option. 



Under the General Preferences tab, you will see a section called Agency Logo. This section gives you the ability to do the following: 


  1. Change the Agency Logo that was setup by the Parent or Main Office Email Campaigns Admin
  2. Not Share the Logo with other Branches. However, the branch users will automatically see the changed logo in their email campaigns.

Email Campaign Settings - Basic User


If you are a Email Campaigns Basic User or a user who is restricted by the Parent or Main Office Email Campaigns Admin you will just get to see what the new logo was uploaded. This will be automatically used in your email campaigns. Basic Users or prevented users will not be able to change the logo or share the logo with other users.

Agency Logo - Email Personalization Tag


Agency Logo is another personalization tag added to the Add Personalization Tag list. When this tag is selected by the user, agency logo will be inserted in all the email campaigns. This logo is the same as the one that was setup in the Agency Settings section by the Main Org or Branch Org Admin.
