With this release, we are pleased to offer another choice when it comes to pre-fill driver and vehicle information. Within the EZLynx Connect Marketplace there is a new integration - Fenris! With Fenris, you will be able to utilize the pre-fill feature to assist in pre-filling data for Drivers and Vehicles.

How to Setup Fenris Integration


In this section, we will cover how to setup the Fenris Integration for your account. We recommend that an Agency Admin be the one to handle the setup process.


Please note, you will not be able to use Fenris if there is another Auto pre-fill product activated for your account. Any other Auto pre-fill products will need to be disabled in order to utilize Fenris. 

Agencies who would like to use Fenris, and have Lexis Nexis, must request a cancellation of Lexis Nexis through cancellations@ezlynx.com before following the steps below. Once Lexis Nexis is confirmed as cancelled, you may proceed with setting up Fenris for your account. 


To locate the integration for Fenris in the Connect Marketplace, hover over the Connect Marketplace icon and then click Home.



Once in the Marketplace, search for "Fenris" in the search bar. When it comes up, click on the Fenris card to go into the integration's details page.



Next, you will need to sign up for an account with Fenris. You can access the sign up by clicking the Sign Up Here! under the Resources section. This will lead you to the external site that is managed by Fenris but has been created solely for use for EZLynx Users. You will need a valid Credit Card in order to subscribe to the Fenris service. Charges for pre-fill searches are handled through Fenris directly. 



Follow the instructions provided by Fenris to enroll in their services. Once that has been completed, and you have received confirmation of your account with Fenris, you can go back to EZLynx and navigate to the Fenris Integration Details page again.



To enable the integration for your agency, click the Actions button on the top right corner and then click Add Integration. 



Next, enter the ClientID and Client Secret for your Fenris account. This information is provided by Fenris. EZLynx will not have this information as your account is directly with Fenris for this service. 


If your agency has Branch Offices and you would like them to also have access to Fenris, check the option for "Inherit by all child branches"


If your agency does not have any Branch Offices, you will not see this option, but know that once you enable this everyone in the Main Office will have access to the Fenris integration.


Finally, agree to the Terms of use and click the Save button to finish the Fenris Integration Setup process.



Once the Setup Process is complete, you should see a message on the integration details page that says "Your organization has added this integration." You should also see a purple check-mark on the Fenris Integration Card if you go back to the Connect Marketplace homepage. 




Where to Access Pre-Fill on an Existing Account


To access the Fenris Pre-fill Workflow from an existing applicant, you will go to the account's Details tab and click the Pre-fill Drivers/Vehicles button on the top right of the screen.



Where to Access Pre-Fill on a New Account


To access the Fenris Pre-fill Workflow for a new account, you will hover over the Applicant icon and then click Create New Applicant.



On the Personal Lines Applicant page, click the Pre-Fill Drivers/Vehicles button on the top right of the screen.



Where to Access Pre-Fill on an Auto Rating Application


To access the Fenris Pre-fill Workflow from within the Auto Rating Application, it will depend on if there is already an Auto Rating Application or not. 


  • If an Auto Rating Application already exist for the account, click on the account's Overview Tab, click the Applications section, for the AUTO application click the Application Actions icon, and click View/Edit.


  • If an Auto Rating Application does not already exist for the account, click on the account's Overview Tab, click the Actions button, hover over Add Application, and click Auto, OR an alternate way to generate an Auto Rating Application is to click on the account's Details Tab and then click the Go To Auto button.


However, you get into the Auto Rating Application, you will find the Pre-Fill Drivers button on the Drivers section and the Pre-Fill Vehicles button on the Vehicles section.



Fenris Pre-Fill Workflow


If you access the Fenris Pre-Fill Workflow from a new account, you'll have the option to enter the new account information and address if you didn't do so already.


If you access the Fenris Pre-Fill Workflow from an existing account or from the Auto Rating Application, you will have the chance to review the location of the account. 


Whether it's a new account or an old account, if there are multiple addresses associated with the account, this will be where you can choose the address on which you want to perform the pre-fill search. Once you've chosen the address, click the Next button.



The next step will be to agree to the EZLynx Usage Agreement. Once you have check marked "I Agree", click the Next button.



Next, you will have a chance to review the pre-fill details. At the top of the page, you will find the address that was selected on the earlier step as well as the drivers that were found in the completed search. If you wish to add the additional drivers to the account, you will simply check the drivers available



Below the driver information will be the vehicles associated with the address. You will be able to choose the vehicles you wish to add, as well as confirm the vehicles that are currently in the application (if applicable). When you have selected all the desired information, click the Pre-fill button. 


Attention! - Fenris will not be providing the SSN or DL for applicants through the pre-fill process.



The information will get added to the Auto Rating Application for the account. If you did not access the Pre-Fill Workflow from the Auto Rating Application, you can view this information by selecting Go To Auto on the bottom of the Details tab and clicking on the Drivers or Vehicles sections.



 


Did you know? - Searches will be cached for 30 days. This means that any search you do will be good for 30 days and you will not be charged for reviewing the pre-fill information in that 30-day period.
