EVA Email Content Assist Beta

We’re excited to announce that the EVA Email Content Assist Beta is now available for Beta Users! If you are interested in participating in the beta, please fill out our EZLynx Product Team Partner form.
Our EVA Email Assistant is an AI-powered content assistant tool which will help you craft or refine the perfect message for your customers. Available within Email Campaigns as well as the Account Emails, you can create requests and within seconds you’ll receive a custom generated response!
These responses will be tailored specifically with insurance agencies in mind that are looking to craft that unique message for their customers. Additionally, within the Email Campaigns area, you will also be able to select from a list of pre-made email topic prompts for common campaign messages to help you get started!

How to access it for Email Campaigns
Within the Email Campaigns section in Communications Center, you can access this feature in a few different ways. Lets take a look at where you can find the new feature while in Email Campaigns!
New Campaign
Hover over the Communication Center icon and click New Campaign.
Fill out the Campaign Title and input at least one recipient or choose from your saved reports, then click the Next button.
This will take you to the Setup section where you can find the new Generate Content with EVA button underneath the Subject field.
Drafts
Hover over the Communication Center icon and click Drafts. Then, on a respective draft click on the Edit Campaign icon or the Create New Campaign button.
Fill out the Campaign Title and input at least one recipient or choose from your saved reports, then click the Next button.
This will take you to the Setup section where you can find the new Generate Content with EVA button underneath the Subject field.
Templates
Hover over the Communication Center icon and click Templates. Then, click Create New Template or on a non-EZLynx-provided template, click the Edit Template icon.
This will take you to the New Template or Edit Template page respectively. On both, you will find the new Generate Content with EVA button.
Right-Click
Finally, within all the above-mentioned areas, you can also right-click where the cursor is or where already typed text is, to bring up an EZLynx right-click menu where you can find a Generate Content with EVA option as a shortcut.
How to access it for Account Emails
On any Account page, click on the Email icon within the Account pane. This will take you to the Account Email page where you can see the new Generate Content with EVA button.
While on the Account Email page, you can also right-click where the cursor is or where already typed text is, to bring up an EZLynx right-click menu where you can find a Generate Content with EVA option as a shortcut.
Attention! - When utilizing the 'Generate with EVA' feature for sending individual emails from the Account Emails page, please be aware that EVA does not currently substitute personalization tags (such as account_name) with actual data. Please manually edit these details for accurate communication. We are actively working on getting this fixed so please be on the lookout for future releases. Using the 'Generate with EVA' feature on the Email Campaigns section does substitute the data. |
How to generate content
Each agency will have a set number of monthly responses which will be set by EZLynx for the Beta period. If you run out of responses, the monthly number will reset on the first of the new month. If you need responses before the monthly reset, please contact EZLynx at support@ezlynx.com for assistance.
Writing a Prompt
To get started on writing a prompt we need to decide on the tone and length of the email.
- Tone = Casual or Formal
- By default, we selected the tone of the email as Formal to keep your message more on the professional side.
- Length = Short, Medium, or Long
- By default, we’ve set the length to medium (approx. 150 words)
Now that you've decided the tone and length, we need to come up with the prompt. Simply provide a few keywords for the topic you want EVA to write about, or type in a request as if you’re chatting with a coworker. We’ve also provided some example prompts to help you keep it simple (e.g., “Craft me an email for the following topic____." or "Create a checklist about_____.") When you’re ready, click the Write button and let EVA do the rest.
If you are in the Email Campaigns section and you are having trouble writing prompts or need some ideas, you can use the Content Template Library on the left side. This will have a list of categories and topics to help you get started! Simply select any topic and the system will prefill the Ask EVA section with the prompt for you to use as-is or edit and refine further.

If you are in the Account Email section and are having trouble writing prompts, you can always go to the Email Campaign section to browse the Content Template Library. If you find a prompt that works for you, simply copy and paste the prompt from the Email Campaigns page into the Account Email page so that EVA can generate the prompt in the Account Email page.
Refining the content
Once you receive your results you can further refine the content if you like by chatting with EVA like you would with any other person. Some examples you could ask are:
- Make the prompt shorter or longer
- Change the tone to be more casual or formal
- Add a point about _____
EVA will also understand the context of your response, so if you say something such as “Add a point about XYZ” it will rewrite the email. To refine the content, type in your request and select the Respond button or press Enter on your keyboard to submit the request to EVA. EVA will rework the content to fit your request.

How to insert the content
Once you are satisfied with the results or at least have a starting point to edit from, you can select the Insert Content button which will insert the latest response into your email wherever your cursor was last or replace any text you had previously highlighted.
From here, you can manually change the content to fit your needs and send out the email when you are ready using the normal workflows.

Changing existing content
Finally, you can refine any existing text whether that text is from you or EVA. Simply highlight the text you want to change, right-click, and click Generate Content with EVA. This will take you back to the EVA prompt screens where you can refine the automatically created prompt based on what you highlighted. This is a quick way to rewrite your messages to add that extra bit of polish!
Attention! - Asking EVA to rewrite highlighted content (even if the content originally came from EVA) will count towards your monthly uses if you click the Write button. Simply clicking Generate Content with EVA so you can see the refining prompt will not cost a monthly use. |
Why is this important?

- Refine Existing Campaigns: With the refine feature, you can let EVA rewrite your emails to add that extra polish to your existing campaign messages. It’s like having a professional writer and proofreader that does all the creative work for you so you can focus on your customers!
- Timely Responses: Need to send a quick message to your customer but can’t find the right words to say? With this new tool, we’ll help you get started by crafting a message based on your customer’s question or use the content template library to help you get inspired with a variety of categories and topics related to running your agency!
