If you are unable to access the EZLynx website or login page, often it’s because your internet provider is Comcast, COX, Charter or other. Sometimes these providers inadvertently block the EZLynx site. EZLynx is not the only site this happens with – they randomly have this issue with various sites. This issue can happen at ANYTIME.

Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) - And tell them you are unable to access the EZLynx website. Then they will unblock it. Your Internet Service Provider will not allow us to speak to them about your account, so we cannot call on your behalf.

Here is one agent’s follow up email when we asked him to call Comcast regarding this issue: “I called Comcast and they disabled my “Smart Packet Detection” on our router from their end, and it resolved the issue in 20 seconds. Thanks."
