Have you been using EZLynx for Outlook and suddenly it is no longer showing on the right side of your email screen? Occasionally, the add-in becomes disabled for various reasons, so we'll show you how to quickly re-enable it. 


On rare occasions, when this fix doesn't work, it is necessary to uninstall and re-install the Outlook. 


  • In Outlook, select the File tab.
  • Click Manage COM Add-ins next to Slow and Disabled COM Add-ins (see screen shot below).
  • At EZLynxOutlookAddin, select Always Enable.
  • Wait a few seconds for Outlook to refresh.


If the above fails, try the below steps:

  • Click File, then Options.
  • In the Options window, click Add-ins at left.
  • Click Go at bottom.
  • Check the box next to EZLynxOutlookAddin and OK.
  • Restart Outlook.
