Why is there a Red X next to the Email Address?
A red "X" (as shown below) is displayed next to an Email field in EZLynx when the Applicant has unsubscribed from receiving marketing emails. You can confirm this within the Suppression List of your EZLynx account.
To locate an email address:
- Hover over the Communication Center icon.
- Under the Email Campaigns section - Select Suppression List.
- Locate the Applicant's email address to confirm.
Users can remove an email address from the Suppression List, but must have the email owner's authorization.
To remove an email address:
- Hover over the Communication Center icon.
- Under the Email Campaigns section - Select Suppression List.
- Locate the email address.
- Under the Actions column to the far right - Click the Trash can icon.
- The email address is now removed from the Suppression list - And will display a green check mark next to the Email field within the Applicant's Details tab.
