Not Receiving Daily, Weekly or Monthly Email Reports?

Many agents subscribe to daily, weekly, and monthly reports that are automatically emailed to them from EZLynx.
If you’re not receiving these email reports from us, here are a couple of troubleshooting tips.
Check your EZLynx email settings:
- Login to EZLynx.
- Hover over the Settings icon, and select Email Subscription Management.
- Confirm there is a check mark next to each report you would like to receive.
Check your junk folder:
- From Outlook, go to your Home menu and click the Junk drop-down.
- Select Junk E-mail Options.
- Click the Safe Senders tab.
- Click the Add button.
- Enter @EZLynx.com and click OK.
- Click Apply, then OK.
