Many agents subscribe to daily, weekly, and monthly reports that are automatically emailed to them from EZLynx. 


If you’re not receiving these email reports from us, here are a couple of troubleshooting tips.


Check your EZLynx email settings:

  • Login to EZLynx.
  • Hover over the Settings icon, and select Email Subscription Management.
  • Confirm there is a check mark next to each report you would like to receive.


Check your junk folder:

  • From Outlook, go to your Home menu and click the Junk drop-down.
  • Select Junk E-mail Options.
  • Click the Safe Senders tab.
  • Click the Add button.
  • Enter @EZLynx.com and click OK.
  • Click Apply, then OK.
