EZLynx Accounting: Did Your QuickBooks Online Authorization Stop Working?

It appears that there is an issue with an automatic refresh of the QuickBooks Online credentials stored in EZLynx after 90 days.
To resolve this:
- Disconnect and reauthorize the connection.
- Click the Accounting icon and hover over it to choose Configuration.
- Click the System Settings tab in blue at the top.
- Under the Agency tab, next to Status, click Disconnect.
- Configure the Interface - Once the final GL & check exports are complete, and you’ve decided which configuration options you’ll use, it is time to configure the interface.
- Click the Accounting icon, then hover over the Accounting icon and select Configuration.
- Go to the Systems Settings tab, then Agency tab.
- At QuickBooks Application, select Online Webservices.
- Select options for Export Type and Export Transactions.
- At Effective Date, enter today’s date.
- IMPORTANT: Click Save at the bottom of the page.
- Click the Connect to QuickBooks button to authorize the interface.
- In the pop-up, enter a Company Administrator’s QBO credentials.
- Click Authorize.
- The EZLynx System Settings QuickBooks status should now show Connected.
- Then reprocess any errors.
- Hover over the Accounting icon and click General Ledger.
- Select Export to GL at the top in blue.
- Under the Errors tab, reprocess any transaction listed.
- You may need to hit Reprocess for every transaction in the error tab. Please note that it can take a few minutes for the transactions to process.
