Client Center: Certificate Self-Generation Setup

The agency can enable certain Certificate Masters so that a customer can log into Client Center, add a certificate holder and generate a certificate on their own. Only certain certificate types and carriers are supported. The certificate’s coverage, policy limits, carriers, and policy dates are set by the EZLynx user and cannot be altered by the applicant.
Before completing the below tasks:
- Hover over the EZLynx Settings icon, and select Client Center.
- Choose the portal from the drop down.
- Select the Certificates tab.
Set Certificate Types: (Form Permissions)
The certificate types that are currently supported, are as listed:
- Certificates of Property
- Liability
- Garage Insurance
Enable or disable a certificate:
- Navigate to the Certificates tab, and scroll to the Certificate Form Permissions section.
- Review the available certificate types.
- At the far right of each, select to Enable or Disable.
- At the bottom right of page, click Save Changes.
Set Carrier Permissions:
- Navigate to the Certificates tab, and scroll to the Carrier Permissions section.
- Review the Available Carriers in the box on the right. Every carrier in the Available Carriers box is enabled.
- To disable a carrier - Click on it in the Available Carriers box and use the arrow to transfer it to the Disabled Carriers box on the left.
- At the bottom right of page, click Save Changes.
