Experiencing responsive issues with Client Center mobile?


If you are experiencing problems with logging into Client Center on your mobile device, follow the below steps to enable browser cookies to resolve responsive issues when trying to access client center for mobile. Please close all browsers and/or applications before performing these steps.


Enable browser cookies in mobile


For Apple users follow these steps:

  • From your home screen, tap on the Settings icon.
  • From the Settings menu go to “Safari”.
  • Scroll down until you see “Block all Cookies”.
  • Make sure this is enabled; If it is not enabled, click the switch icon to turn it green


For Android user follow these steps:

  • Open your Android web browser.
  • From the browser go to menu then select “Settings
  • Select “Privacy and Security” or “Privacy Settings
  • Make sure “Accept Cookies” is turned on.


If you are using Chrome for your browser follow the below steps:

  • Open the Chrome browser
  • Navigate to the “More” menu (Top right corner), then select “Settings
  • From the Setting page, click on "Site Settings"
  • Click Cookies and make sure the Cookies are Turned On, or Allowed.
