EZLynx has created an email add-in for the Office 365 platform. One install gives you the EZLynx Office 365 Email Add-In capability across all devices. It is compatible with all your devices and browsers, including Mac. 


This add-in allows you to: 

  • Rename the email and all attachments for cleaner, more efficient filing
  • Choose which attachments to save
  • Interact with Workspace without leaving Outlook
  • Update Applicant email addresses with one click
  • Efficient Sent Email filing workflow


In this article, we will cover how to install the EZLynx for Outlook Add-in for those with Office 365 Outlook in both New and Classic Desktop versions as well as the Online version.

EZLynx for Outlook Office 365 Add-in | New Desktop 

The EZLynx for Outlook Add-in works for the Office 365 Outlook Desktop New version if you've already made the switch from Old Outlook to New Outlook. In this section, we'll show you how to install the EZLynx for Outlook Add-In for Office 365 New Outlook Desktop version.


1. Under the Home Tab, click the More Apps button.

  • Please note, you might need to first click on an email in order to click on the More Apps button on the Outlook Ribbon.

2. Then, choose Add apps. This will open the Apps window.

3. In the "Search apps and more" bar in the top-right, type EZLynx. 

4. Click on the EZLynx for Outlook card. This will open the EZLynx for Outlook window.




5. Click the Add button.




Once the Add-in is installed, it will automatically close the EZLynx for Outlook window and take you back to the More Apps window. Click the Mail (open envelope) in the top-left to go back Outlook.


On the Outlook ribbon, you should see the EZLynx Icon has been added.

If you do not see the EZLynx button on the Outlook Ribbon:

  • We recommend first closing Outlook and reopening it. 
  • We also recommend checking the More Apps button, and right-clicking on the EZLynx Add-in so that you can Pin it to the Ribbon for easy access.



6. Click the EZLynx add-in on the Outlook Ribbon. This will open a pane on the right side. 

  • Please note, you might need to first click on an email in order to click on the EZLynx add-in on the Outlook Ribbon. 


7. Select the Login to EZLynx button. This will open a window for you to input your EZLynx account credentials.

  • Please note, Outlook might ask if you want to Allow it to open. Please select Allow so that it will finish loading the pane. This will cause an Outlook window to open. Once you see the Login to EZLynx button in the pane, you are good to close the Outlook window if it doesn't close itself, and go back to the EZLynx pane.




8. Input your EZLynx username and password as if you were signing into your EZLynx account. 

9. Then, click the Log in button. This will close the window and the pane should refresh.



If you see the Search Applicants bar then you have successfully installed the EZLynx for Outlook add-in in the Office 365 Outlook Desktop Classic version.

EZLynx for Outlook Office 365 Add-In | Classic Desktop


The EZLynx for Outlook Add-in works for the Office 365 Classic Outlook Desktop version as well if you haven't made the switch to the New Outlook version yet. In this section, we'll show you how to install the EZLynx for Outlook Add-In for Office 365 Classic Outlook Desktop version.


1. Under the Home Tab, click the All Apps button.

2. Then, choose Add Apps. This will open the More Apps window.

3. In the "Search apps and more" bar in the top-right, type EZLynx. 

4. Click on the EZLynx for Outlook card. This will open the EZLynx for Outlook window.


 

5. Click the Add button.



Once the Add-in is installed, it will automatically close the EZLynx for Outlook window and take you back to the More Apps window. Click the X in the top-right to close this window. 


On the Outlook ribbon, you should see the EZLynx Icon has been added.

EZLynx for Outlook Office 365 Add-In | Online Version


The EZLynx for Outlook Add-in works for the Office 365 Outlook Online version as well if you use the browser version of Outlook rather than the Desktop versions. In this section, we'll show you how to install the EZLynx for Outlook Add-In for Office 365 Outlook Online version.


1. Under the Home Tab, click the More Apps button.

  • Please note, you might need to first click on an email in order to click on the More Apps button on the Outlook Ribbon.


2. Then, choose Add apps. This will open the Apps window.
