EZLynx Connect is our integration store for your agency. It provides third-party businesses an avenue to distribute their products and services directly within the EZLynx platform. The Connect Rating Shelf will host a variety of integrations specific to helping you provide more value to your home and auto quotes by enhancing your sales opportunities. Accessing the Rating Shelf


The Rating Shelf is housed inside the Quote Results page for each of your quoted clients. 


1. To access the Quote Results page, click the Quotes tab.

2. Click the More button.

3. Click View Details.



4. Under the quote results, you'll see the Add Value to Your Quote button with integrations underneath. This is the Rating Shelf!



Using the Rating Shelf


Each integration has a unique workflow that fits its purpose, but to start these workflows the steps are all the same.


1. To use one of the integrations housed in the Rating Shelf, click the card.



2. A warning pop-up will appear to confirm you understand you will be going to an external site. If you wish to proceed, click Yes. This will open a new browser tab with the vendor's website.



(Please note: If you have not added your vendor credentials yet, you will instead be prompted to enter your vendor credentials first, before going to the vendor's website to utilize the integration.) 


Once on the vendor's site, you can follow the unique workflow presented. If you need any help or have any questions, you can reach out to that vendor's support line for assistance. All of the vendor's support contact information can be found in the Connect Marketplace or on their website.
