Follow the below steps to pass credit card fee to your customers. Below steps will ensure your agency is passing the processing fee to your customers whether they choose to pay by policy or invoice or when they make a onetime payment. This will also work if you choose to make a payment on behalf of your customer via client center.

Steps to pass credit card fee to customers

Step 1: Click on the below icon in EZLynx to visit the connect marketplace

• Click the "Payment Connector" Category

Step 2: Click on Clearent Integration

Step 3: Click Add if you are adding the Clearent integration for the first time. If you have already added the integration, click on “Update”

Step 4: Check the box for "Charge Convenience Fee to Customer" and click Agree

• Once this set up is done, when you or your customers make a payment on policies or invoices or onetime payment, the processing fee will be passed to your customers.
