If your customer is having issues logging into their Client Center Account, the most common cause is a missing primary email address. If the email address is not entered in EZLynx as the primary email address for the applicant or co-applicant, then they will not be able to login and be provided an error message.

Steps to Fix


1. Using the Super Search, find the Customer's Account and click the Details tab.

2. Check and confirm the Primary Email Address is correct. 

3. If the customer trying to access the Client Center is a co-applicant or a contact, go to the Contacts section and click the More Actions button > View.



4. Under the Contact Info section, confirm the Primary Email Address is correct.
