We are working towards making EZLynx a single responsive website which means using EZLynx on your Phone or iPad will become easier so be on the lookout for our future releases.


This article will covers how to navigate EZLynx when on your Phone or iPad! 


TABLE OF CONTENTS


Header

When accessing your account, you will notice that an icon that contains the initials of your name. Each icon is unique to the logged in user as the color and the initials will be different for every user. From this new icon you can find your initials and the new Account Settings options. See Updates! Account Settings Have Moved article to learn more about the options under the Account Settings.



With more agents conducting business on their mobile and table devices, we want to ensure that your experience is seamless and consistent no matter where you access your account. Instead of accessing the mobile version of EZLynx, you can now interact with the EZLynx Header regardless of your screen size. 


You will also notice the that for smaller screens the Super Search shrinks to be displayed as the Magnifying Glass icon. Once selected, the Super Search bar will appear and return search results as normal. 

  



Navigation Menu


When accessing your account, you will notice that for smaller screens that the Navigation Menu shrinks to be displayed as the Hamburger icon. Once selected, the Navigation Menu will appear as normal. 



To access any of the sub-menu items, simply select the icon on the menu. To close a sub-menu item and maintain the sub-menu, select the icon again to cause it to be hidden. You can access this Navigation Menu at any point throughout your account. 



Customer Info Pane


When you are on a customer's account, you will notice that for smaller screens that the Customer Info Pane shrinks to be displayed as the Hamburger icon. Once selected, the Customer Info Pane will appear as normal along with the Navigation Menu. To close the Customer Info Pane and Navigation Menu, select the Hamburger icon again to cause it to be hidden. 



Rating Applications


1. From the Customer's Overview tab, click Applications.

2. Click the More Actions button.

3. Click View/Edit.


From there you can rate your customers just like normal. Click on the icons to switch between tabs and make sure to scroll down to get all the questions answered.



Quotes


1. On a Customer's Account, click the Quotes tab. 

2. On the quote in question, click the More Actions button.

3. Then, click View Details.

4. Expand the Quote Results you are interested in to see the details.



Documents


1. On a Customer's Account, click the Documents tab. 

2. To add documents, click the Add button. 


The Preview Attachment functionality is not supported at this time so it is still best to view your documents on the Desktop version of EZLynx. Keep an eye out for future releases so you know when this is working on Phone and iPads! 



Notes & Tasks


1. To add a notes, click on the Add Note button. 

2. To add a task, click the Clipboard icon. 

3. You can also access your Tasks and Notifications just like normal from their respective icon.



Activity 


1. To review the activity on a Customer's Account, click the Activity tab.

2. Then, click the Notes tab.

3. To get even more details, click the System Log tab.



Text Messaging


1. To text a customer, on a customer's account, click on the Hamburger Icon.

2. Then, click the Text Icon.

3. To get even more details, click the System Log tab.
