Client Center - Email Notification Preferences

As your customers access and use Client Center, emails will be sent to you and your colleagues to keep you informed of activities and requests. By default the system is set so the Assigned User gets these emails. However, you can customize who gets these emails.
1. To customize who gets the emails from Client Center, hover over the Settings icon.
2. Then, click Client Center.
3. Click the Email Notification Preferences tab. There you will find all the different types of emails you can get for all the different function in Client Center. Again, by default the system is set to the Assigned To User for the Customer's Account.
4. To change the email notification to go to someone specific, click Specific User.
5. Then use the To: drop-down to select a specific EZLynx User.
6. Once you are done making changes, scroll to the bottom and click the Save button.
You can also use the CC & BCC options for both the Assigned User and Specific User options if you want to include someone on the notifications that does not have an EZLynx Account or if you want multiple users to receive the notification.
