With this release we have added a brand-new trigger in Automation Center - Successful Quote Submission! This new trigger will sent out an automatic email when with quote details like Carrier, Premium and Payment Options to all those applicants that received a successful quote. Currently, the implementation supports - EZLynx, Consumer Portal, and Web Services customers. 


To help agencies and users, we have added personalization tags that covers all the payment options - Full Pay, Monthly and EFT. This gives the agencies the ability to be more flexible while discussing the quotes with the customers.

Workflow - Successful Quote Submission 


With the brand-new workflow, agencies can now automate emails being sent to the applicants whenever a successful quote is submitted with all the payment options - EFT, Monthly and Full Pay.

Filters


Agencies can refine the trigger by applying filters like Channel, Resubmission, Package, Premium under Quote Submission filter. This gives the agent the flexibility to run the workflow as per the filter criteria. Workflow will be triggered only when submitted quote fall under the filter criteria selected by the user.

Tags added to the Personalization Tag List


Agents can utilize the Quote Results Personalization Tag that they wish to display on the email that the customers would receive for the premium payment upon every successful quote submission.

Personalization Tag - Full Pay


Personalization Tag - Full Pay displays the quote premium in full pay for the tenure (6 or 12 months) selected while submitting quotes.
