In this release, you will now be able to offer more insurance products to your customers via the Client Center Connect Shelf  that has been added to Client Center. The Client Center Connect Shelf will house Connect Integrations enabled for Client Center. This will allow you to cross sell more to your customers when they already have insurance on their mind reviewing their policy information or downloading their ID Cards from Client Center.

Enable Cross Sell Integrations from Connect Marketplace


Connect Marketplace is continuing to grow and expand as a premier offering from EZLynx. As the total number of integrations continues to grow, so does complexity. To simplify the Connect Marketplace and make it more user-friendly, we have modernized and updated the user interface. We have updated the Connect Home page, Marketplace navigation, and made the Integration Details pages easier to read. These combined updates will help you to quickly find Integrations that can revolutionize the way you do business. 


To help you find integrations more easily, we have added tags. Tags are short descriptions that relate to an integration's functionality and/or status. You will now be able to see a Self Service tag in the Connect Marketplace that will help to quickly identify the cross-sell opportunities you can enable for Client Center. The specific integrations available to enable in Client Center with this release:

  • Flood Risk Solutions

Once you have enabled a cross-sell integration, your insureds can see them in Client Center. Your customers will see a banner on their home page that says "Take Advantage - Products and Services chosen for you!" This takes them to the Policies page where we display the list of insurance related products that you have chosen to offer to them via the Connect Marketplace.

The cross-sell integrations you have enabled for Client Center will be displayed on the Policies page in Client Center. This also includes the Personal Lines cross-sell opportunities for Auto, Renters, Home, & Condo that was implemented in the previous release.


When your customers engage with any of these insurance related product offerings, a task discussion is created in the insured's Activity tab for the agent to follow-up with. In addition, if your agency has the Sales Center product, a Sales Center opportunity is created, and the respective discussion is associated to it. By creating opportunities in Sales Center based on customer interests expressed via Client Center, EZLynx's single platform helps you manage the full customer lifecycle, round accounts, and increase new business! 



By default, the task is assigned to the Assigned Agent for the customer. Your agency can customize the task scheduling preferences for Quote Requests in Client Center - Settings.
