​​​​To make it easier for your agency to promote the Client Center Portal to your customers, we introduce the ability to share the self-service portal inks via text or email. We have added a new share icon on a customer's account overview side bar. 


We hope you enjoy this feature and that it makes your day to day more efficient! In the future, Client Center is working towards providing commercial lines insureds the ability to submit change requests for commercial schedules. Look out for future release notes for updates on this feature!

Where to Find the Client Center Share Links

To share the Client Center Portal links, simply click this icon and select which communication you would like to send out. 


  • Personal URL (PURL) - The Personal URL feature allows a prospect to complete a new EZLynx application, or a customer to update their existing application information at renewal time.
  • Client Center Link via Text - Sends the Client Center Portal Link to a customer via the Text Messaging Feature
  • Client Center Link via Email - Send the Client Center Portal Link to a customer via the Email Feature



Attention! - Please note that the existing PURL icon has just been moved under this Share Icon. The functionality has not changed and is still the same as before.
