EZLynx is excited to now include Agency Pulse Reports within the Management System! The Pulse Report is used to examine the overall health of an insurance agency and we know that agencies count on the information it contains to make critical decisions about the health, efficiency, and profitability. Previous to this release, the only method for you to retrieve the Pulse Report has been via email. Now, you will have a new user interface where you can access the latest Pulse Report from inside of EZLynx as well as Pulse Reports from prior months and years. 


In this release article, we will go over how to access the Pulse Report menu, how to view a Pulse Report, and who can see these reports in your agency. We hope you enjoy this new feature that should provide you better clarity into the health of our agency.

Who Can See the Pulse Report


The Agency Admin can select the eligible subscribers for this report via the Email Subscription Management page. If you are an Agency Admin, hover over the Settings icon and then click Email Subscription Management. If you are not an Agency Admin you will not see this option. Please reach out to your Agency Admin for access to these reports. 





Once in the Email Subscription Management page, you will see a list of users that are already subscribed. The users that are subscribed have access to the Pules Reports. To see the users that do not have access to the Pulse Reports, check the Show Unsubscribed box. To grant someone access to the Pulse Reports Menu, click Subscribe next to their name.




Accessing the Agency Pulse Reports


You now have a section within the Management System where you can access the Agency Pulse Reports for your agency. To find the Pulse Reports menu, hover over the Dashboard Icon on the left side bar and click Agency Performance. 




From here you will have the ability to view all past and current Agency Pulse Reports available. These reports will never be deleted and will always be available within the Agency Pulse tab.



Viewing the Pulse Report


Once inside the Agency Performance page under the Agency Pulse tab, click on the month of the particular year you would like to view. Once selected, the report will open in a new tab of your web browser. You will have the option to download the report to your desktop and email it out if you wish.
