EZLynx is proud to announce an expansion to the Client Center Change Request feature! Client Center has always had the ability for your insureds to request changes on their personal lines policies. In our 2021 Q4 - December Release, we introduced the ability for your commercial insureds to request changes to their driver schedules for their commercial auto policies. Now with this release, we are expanding the capability to do change requests for additional schedules and lines of business.


With these updates, you no longer need to spend time capturing data from insureds over phone while processing endorsement requests. In this article we cover the major changes for the Commercial Change Request feature. To learn more about Client Center, check out our other Client Center articles!

How to Access the Change Request Feature


1. To access the Change Request feature, click on the Client Center icon. Your insured's will access Client Center via the Login Portal on your agency's website.




2. Click on the Request Change icon.




3. Select a policy by clicking on the respective card



4. Select the change type by clicking on the respective card. Please note, that the options on this step will change depending on the line of business on the policy. Check out the table in the section above called List of New Change Request Options to see what is available for Commercial Lines as of this release.


Once selected, fill in the required information and click Save. Review the summary of all requests, and then submit the change request by clicking on the Submit Change Request button.
