Automation Center - New Trigger Invoice Created

EZLynx is proud to announce another amazing enhancement to the Automation Center - our new 'Invoice Created' Trigger!
Whenever you create an invoice for any of your customer's policy, this new workflow will automatically send your customer an email/text with the link to pay the invoice by taking them to your Agency's Client Center portal. This means you will no longer need to email or text them separately for invoice payment as this workflow will take care of that for you.
We believe this new workflow will speed up the process of collecting payments from your insureds and help to reduce friction in the payments collection process. Please note, your agency needs to have the Accounting and Automation Center products, and have the Applied Pay integration enabled to take advantage of this valuable time-saving feature.

How to Find Invoice Created Trigger
To find the new 'Invoice Created' Trigger, you must have the ability to create Automation Center Workflows. If you have this ability you will be able to hover over the Settings (gear) icon and click on Automation Center. Then, click on the Workflows tab and click on the Create New Workflow button.
Scroll past the templates section and find the 'Start From Scratch' section. Expand the Accounting section by click on the arrow. There you will find the new Invoice Created trigger.

What Filters are available?
You can configure filters based on various parameter to define the criteria by which messages should be sent to your insureds. You will be able to see filters for both Applicant & Policy context. The filters for this new trigger are:

What Actions are available?
You can select an Action(s) as per your business needs and the selected actions will execute when the workflow triggers. The actions for the new trigger are:
- Create Note/Task
- Send Payment Request - Email
- Send Payment Request - Text
The Send Payment Request Actions will send a pay link via text/email to the insured and they will be able to make payment by clicking on the link which will take them to the Client Center portal. Considering how text messaging has evolved to be the most popular form of communication among consumers, this will be extremely convenient way to collect payment.
