As promised, we are excited to announce that we have improved EZLynx Mobile! Now, when you are running an errand or sitting at a ballgame and see one of your customers, you can answer quick questions on the go on your Mobile Phone or Tablet. This enhancement allows you to see policy and claim information, look at the existing documents, and more! 


We know that some items, such as Quoting may still be easier on a Tablet or Desktop version of EZLynx. However, we hope that this new experience will allow you to use your mobile devices when you are out and about. With more people conducting business on their mobile and tablet devices, we want to ensure that your experience is seamless and consistent no matter where you access your account. 


In this article we will look at the changes and updates we made to EZLynx Mobile.

How to Access EZLynx Mobile


EZLynx Mobile is simply the mobile version of EZLynx. It is not an app. To access it, simply navigate to the EZLynx Login page like normal but on your phone or tablet. EZLynx is a responsive page so if you are on your phone or tablet it will automatically adapt to the mobile version of EZLynx. If you are on a desktop, EZLynx will automatically adapt to the desktop version of EZLynx. It's that easy!



Left Navigation Menu


We changed the left navigation menu for a more mobile-friendly experience for you. After you log into your account, you will notice that the Navigation Menu is displayed as a Hamburger Icon (three lines). Once selected, the menu will appear with the following icons: 

  • Dashboard
  • Applicants
  • Policy Management
  • Support




You might notice that not all of the icons you see on the Desktop version of your EZLynx account are visible in the mobile version. This is because products like Retention Center, Submission Center, & Sales Center are better experienced on the Desktop Version of EZLynx. To access those products, you'll need be at a computer rather than your mobile device.


Once you click on any tab on the side bar, you will see more spacing between menu items for a better mobile experience. When searching for an Applicant, we will show your 5 recent Applicants and Quotes to reduce the amount of scrolling done on a smaller device.

The top navigation menu now shows the following choices:

  • Overview
  • Policies
  • Details
  • Quotes
  • Lead Info
  • Documents
  • Activity


Overview Tab

We updated the look and formatting of the Overview Tab to make it easier to read. The page will display the Policies, Claims, Tasks, and Campaigns widgets. In the Policies and Claims section, we added border colors to showcase the status for 

Policies and Claims. 

  • For Policies, the green border means Active. The red border means Inactive.
  • For Claims, the green border means Open. The red border means Closed. 



Policies Tab 

The Policy Summary Screen has been formatted for better vertical scrolling experience on your mobile device. The information is tacked from top to bottom to reduce scrolling and is easier to read




Documents Tab 

On your mobile device when you click to open a document, it will immediately download into the download area on your mobile device. You also have the option to upload a document and add a folder to your Documents Tab. We've also reduced the columns of information to the most important based on your feedback to remove the need for side scrolling.
