With this release, we are excited to announce some BETA features that will help the process for the submission of Commercial Lines in Submission Center. In this BETA, users will have the ability to bridge application data to Liberty Mutual for General Liability through EZSubmit and receive the quote session link that will take agents directly to the quote session on carrier site. This makes rating on a carrier site more efficient when speed to market is desired. We will be expanding the lines of business supported as well as adding new carriers soon.

EZSubmit Indicator


Now, you will be able to see the 'EZSubmit' indicator next to the 'Line of Business' which is available for 'EZSubmit' in the carrier Submission card. This allows you to easily recognize which Line of Business is available for the EZSubmit. You will be able to see the 'EZSubmit' indicator inside the carrier submission card as well as on the 'Carriers' page in the Submission Center settings.


Attention! - At this time General Liability with Liberty Mutual is the only carrier/lob that is available for this feature. More to come soon!

Add/Edit Producer Codes from Submission


Now, you can select the producer inside the carrier submission card while doing the submission.



You can also add or edit the producer code from inside the carrier submission. You will still be able to add and edit the producer code from the 'Carriers' tab in the Submission Center. 


EZSubmit to Carrier Option


Now, you have a new option name 'EZSubmit Selected LOBS' under the 'Submit to Carrier' option. The EZSubmit link will directly take you to the carrier website with the application details prefilled in it. 


You'll also see the loading spinner on the screen when 'EZSubmit' is in the process to inform you that EZSubmit submission is processing, and you will be able to see the notification message "EZSubmit link was successfully generated" after successfully submitting a line of business through EZSubmit.

Now you will be able to receive a link which will take you directly to the carrier site, upon successfully EZSubmitting the line of business. You will be able to see that all the application details are prefilled on the carrier site, so you do not have to enter that information again. 


Alert Messages


In the unlikely event that there is an error with the application you are using for the submission, we will provide you with a helpful error message that lets you know where to go in the application to fix the issue. All you need to do is select the 'Fix it' option and you will be redirected to the 'General Liability' tab in the application so you can make the necessary changes and get right back to your submission.
