The new 'Welcome page' is enhanced with a snapshot that articulates the major benefits of using Client Center for your customers with a focus on providing a single stop to manage all their insurance needs at every step in their life cycle, 24/7 from any internet enabled device.


We hope the login page enhancements will help improve your agency's brand among your customers. Update Login Page and Enhanced Customer Experience


The old login screen did not highlight to your customers what the Client Center portal is capable of. This made it hard for your customers to understand why they would use the Client Center portal versus simply calling in to the office for their service requests.


The new version of Client Center helps to alleviate those issues by providing your customers with more upfront information about what they can do in Client Center. This will help your agency with the adoption of your '24/7/365 Digital Agent.'


For your customers accessing Client Center from the desktop, they will see: 

  • The new WELCOME on top of the page
  • The new message "Manage your insurance account anytime, anywhere."
  • The 4 features motioned below:
    • Get ID Cards
    • Request for Change
    • Make Payments
    • Get Certificates



It is important to note that the new 'Welcome' pane is only visible for desktop users. Users accessing Client Center on their mobile device will see a simpler version at this point in time.
