In this article we cover the reports bug fixes and enhancements that have been addressed this release. We hope you enjoy the new enhancements for our EZLynx reporting. There are numerous other items that are being worked on for our future releases and we will be excited to show you them soon!

Underwriting Request Detail Report

• Assigned Underwriter Column - An additional column has been added for Assigned Underwriter as a new default column (it can be removed within the Managed Columns), this will add all Underwriters within one column separated by commas.

• Report Criteria Date Update - This reports window has been narrowed to 7-days to improve the performance of loading data for larger agencies. you shall see an update message regarding this as well. 

Sales Center Master Report

• "Premium - Finalized" Column Relabeled - The "Premium - Finalized" Column has been relabeled to "Premium - Finalized *Annual)" to clarify that the premium amount displayed is for the full year. 

Policy Transaction Master Report

• Duplication Description Fix - We fixed an issue where the report was showing duplicated policy description. With this fix, the report won't show the duplicated policy descriptions.

Policy Master Report

• Inaccurate Status - We fixed an issue where the report was showing policies as Active although it was Inactive. With this fix, the report will show the right status for policies.

Commission Insight 2.0 Report

• Mismatched Totals - Commission Insights 2.0 and the Commission Statement report do not match the total statements. With this fix, the reports should match with the same number of statements in the agency.
