Today, with the Referral Program in Client Center, your insureds are able to refer a friend to your agency when they complete self-service transactions in Client Center. With this release, we are excited to announce that that the Referral Program feature can now be sent via email or text by utilizing the Automation Center! This will increase the opportunities of getting more referrals, leveraging the relationship you have built with your existing customers. 

With this program now available in the Automation Center, it's easier than ever for your insureds to refer their contacts to your agency, which can help boost your conversion rates and grow your business. We are thrilled to offer this innovative feature to our clients and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on your agency's success. Which Triggers have the Referral Program Action


You will see the newly added action for the Referral Program for the following Management System triggers:


  • New Customer
  • Additional Policy
  • Policy Renewal
  • Manual Workflows


You will be able to create workflows using these triggers so that referral request can be sent to your customers when the workflow triggers.


How to Access Referral Program Action


From one of the above triggers go to the Add Actions step. The new action are as follows:


  • Send Referral Request - Email: Send referral request via email to insured and they will be able to refer their friends/colleagues by clicking on the URL. 
  • Send Referral Request - Text: Send referral request via text to insured and they will be able to refer their friends/colleagues by clicking on the URL.

Once your customers receive the text and/or email requesting for referral, they can click the link which will redirected them to Client Center. After they login, they will be able to view the referral form. They will enter details about the person they want to refer in the referral form. Please note that your customers will receive referral email once every 6 months only, as we do not want to overwhelm your customers with multiple requests.
