Consumer Quoting - Send PURLs via Text Message and New UI

With this release we are excited to announce a new feature and enhancement to the Personal URL (PURL) functionality! Now you can send the PURL links via Text Messages in addition to the existing option of sending via Email or you can send the PURL via Text and Email at the same time! Also, we have enhanced the User Interface (UI) from an old EZ4 pop-up to the new EZ5 web page. These UI changes are to help the system look more consistent with the rest of the new EZLynx pages. The overall functionality with the exception of the new sending PURL links via Text Messages remains the same.

Navigating to the PURL Page
To access the PURL page, go to a customer's account, and then click on the 'Share' icon on the Applicant pane. Then, click Personal URL (PURL).
You will then be navigated to the new PURL page. By default, the Send PURL via Email options is selected. You can now see the 'CC' email section by checking the 'CC' box. Please note, the PURL link is sent to the email address in the 'CC' field only when the check box is selected.
At any point in time, you can choose to reset the page by clicking on the Reset button. If you choose to not to send the PURL, you can click on the Go To Overview button in the top right-hand corner. This will take you back to the Overview page of the customer's account.
To send the PURL link, click the Send button. This will direct you to the Overview page, and then the 'Text Pane' on the right side will appear to confirm that the message was sent.
Sending PURL via Text Message
To send a PURL via Text Message, select the Text radial button. You can click the Recipient Phone # drop-down to send the PURL to a different phone number. This drop-down list contains the phone numbers of the contacts along with the applicant's phone number. When the phone number is changed, the 'Recipient Name' will be changed to the respective person.
At any point in time, you can choose to reset the page by clicking on the Reset button. If you choose to not to send the PURL, you can click on the Go To Overview button in the top right-hand corner. This will take you back to the Overview page of the customer's account.

Sending PURL via Email and Text
To send the PURL link via Email and Text at once, select the Both radial button. At any point in time, you can choose to reset the page by clicking on the Reset button. If you choose to not to send the PURL, you can click on the Go To Overview button in the top right-hand corner. This will take you back to the Overview page of the customer's account.
To send the PURL link, click the Send button. This will direct you to the Overview page, and then the 'Text Pane' on the right side will appear to confirm that the message was sent.
