There are a lot of things you and your customers can do within Client Center and EZLynx to securely communicate through the life of their policies. This article documents what actions you and your customers can take in both Client Center or EZLynx, and if that action causes email notifications, task/note creation, and/or activity/system log documentation to occur. This should help you have a better idea of what to expect when you or a customer takes a specific action in Client Center or EZLynx.


Down below we've included a definition of what each action result means:


  • Agent Email - This means that an email notification will be sent to the Assigned Producer of the customer's account when the customer takes this action in Client Center. It will also send an email to the agent that takes the action in Client Center or EZLynx.


  • Customer Email - This means that an email notification will be sent to the customer that takes the action in Client Center. It will also trigger an email to the customer if an agent takes the action in Client Center or EZLynx.


  • Primary Applicant Email - This means that if the co-applicant or additional contact of an account takes the action in Client Center then the Primary Applicant on the account will be sent an email.


  • Task/Note Created - This means that a task/note will be created in EZLynx and assigned to the Producer for that customer's account. 


  • Activity/System Log - This means that an activity/system log will be documented in EZLynx under the customer's account.
