EVA AI Account Summarization

The EVA AI Account Summarization is available for all our Advanced Package users. You may spend a significant amount of time catching up by reading through account activity and communications to recall what has happened recently and what to do next. With this feature, you’ll be able to quickly get a summary of what’s gone on within the last three months for any particular account and create a note or even assign a task for next steps!
All of this will be contained within our EVA AI panel. This dedicated window will be the homeplace for key aspects of your AI needs in the future focusing on automating tasks and services such as communications over set durations, task creation suggestions, and performance metrics.

Accessing EVA AI
You must be an Advanced Package user to have access to our EVA AI Product. To access the EVA AI Account Summarization feature, follow the steps below.
- From the top navigation bar select the "AI" button and choose the "Search applicants to summarize" option. Then, search for an applicant. Once you've chosen an applicant, choose "Summarize recent communication with..." to begin the Account Summarization workflow.

- Alternatively, you can navigate to the Overview page of an applicant and select the "Catch me up" button. Using this route, you'll find the Summarize recent communications button already registers which account you are on so there is no need to search for the account.
Summarize
If you opened EVA via the "AI" button, you'll be asked to choose which timeframe EVA should summarize in. The options are 12 months, 3 months, 1 month, and 1 week.
If you opened EVA via the "Catch me up" button, the system will choose the 3 months option by default. However, you can choose the timeframe you'd like using the timeframe dropdown. Choosing from the dropdown list will cause EVA to automatically re-summarize with the new timeframe.

You can also filter the summary based on the types of communication channels you'd like to include in the summary such as:
- Emails
- Text Messages
- Notes (this includes any Tasks)
All options are selected by default, but you can uncheck and re-run the summary as needed by selecting the "Send" icon on the right.

While EVA is working, you will see the AI icon on the left side of the pane. This let's you know the system is working on your request.
Once a summary is generated, you’ll then see messages displayed sent to and from EVA with a historical timestamp and dates (if you log in the next day). Messages to EVA are in white bubbles, while messages from EVA are in purple bubbles.

Add a Note
When a summary is generated, you’ll have the option to add a note by selecting the Add Note icon. This will close the EVA pane and launch the Agency Workspace pane. Don't worry though. Until the EVA panel for this customer has been reset your current conversation with EVA will remain on the pane. More on resetting the panel later in the article.
Once you are done creating your note and click 'Save' on the note you will be taken back to EVA panel with a message that the note was created.

Suggest Tasks for Me
When a summary is generated, you'll have the option for EVA to "Suggest tasks for me". EVA will then generate up to 3 tasks based on the summary.
Once the tasks are outlined, you can select "Draft task in Workspace". This will close the EVA panel to launch the Agency Workspace with the Task in the description just like the Add Note feature we discussed earlier.
After you click "Save", you’ll be taken back to the EVA panel where you can repeat the process for the remaining tasks if needed.

Providing Feedback
For both the summaries provided and the suggested tasks, you can provide feedback on how EVA is doing by using the thumbs up and thumbs down options.
If you provide a thumbs down option, you'll have the ability to leave an optional comment to let us know how we can improve our product further.

Resetting EVA
At any point if you wish to reset or restart the EVA workflow, you can click the Home (house) button at the top right next the close icon. This will take you to the home menu screen for the EVA pane.
