How it works


In the 'Automated Rating' section in the Retention Center settings, we added more homeowner policy types quoting templates that will provide accurate quotes for high-risk homeowner policies. 


All Created policy type templates in the Quoting Automation setting should be displayed in the option based on the type for each list and match the relevant policy type to the quoting application policy type.

  • HO5 
  • HO6 



Why is this important?


Accurate Homeowner policy quotes: Adding more homeowner policy types to the automated quotes will provide more accurate quotes. 


Efficiency in Renewals: Automated quotes can assist in delivering potential policy details and pricing to customers quickly. This can speed up the process of retaining existing customers as they can see policy renewals and changes instantly.  


Speedy Policy Issuance: Once a customer's information and risk profile are determined, an automated quote system can quickly calculate the cost of the policy and issue it. This significantly reduces the time you spend manually calculating premiums and eliminates the chances of mathematical errors.
