The EVA AI Product Assistance is available for all our Advanced Package Users With this feature you can ask EVA questions about EZLynx and get easy to understand answers quickly without searching endless hours for answers.


Now within the EVA pane where you can summarize communication for Applicants, upload policy pages to start an application, you’ll be able to find any answer regarding EZLynx within seconds! Saving you time and allowing to get discover the EZLynx product suite and learn to use its features in different ways! 


  • Step-by-Step Instructions: You can ask EVA how to perform a task or workflow you’re not familiar with. For example, how to create a new Automation when you change a Sales Center opportunity status or even an email campaign for customers’ birthdays. 


  • General EZLynx Product Questions/Best Practices: Often the biggest problems agencies face is not knowing what they don’t know, meaning you have EZLynx for years and don’t know what all the different products can do. With this feature you can ask about suggested workflows for example how to create commercial lines proposals or creating a certificate holder within EZLynx. You can also ask for best practices for example setting up checklists for Workspace tasks to establish standard operating procedures for your agency.

Accessing the Feature


To access the Product Assistant Feature, simply open EVA anywhere in EZLynx by selecting the AI button at the top menu bar next to your login name near the Workspace Add Note icon. You can also click on the Help Center icon, and find an Ask EVA option. Either of these are available all across EZLynx. 



From here, you will see a layout that groups the existing Suggested Actions section where you can upload a policy document to create a new applicant, and search applicant to summarize their account. Below that section, you’ll see the “Ask EVA about EZLynx” area where you can type in any questions about EZLynx you have to EVA to receive answers. Simply select the "Ask me anything about EZLynx" button to start the workflow.

Once you'd started the Ask EVA workflow, you’ll see three suggested prompts to get you started. These will provide you a sample guide of questions you can ask.  


For example, you can ask EVA step-by-step instruction guide to install the EZLynx Outlook plug in or creating a new Automation Center Workflow. As well as defining what a Note is in the Workspace. These prompts will prefill and can be edited before sending to EVA.  


EVA will then search our existing help desk library for the latest information and provide you with an easy to understand, bite-sized answer. You’ll notice that EVA responds back to your prompt in a chat format. 


From here, you can ask any follow-up questions you’d like for clarity or refine your response further and EVA will understand the context of the conversation intelligently! 


You’ll also have the option to provide feedback to EZLynx based off the responses you receive from EVA. If you like a particular answer you can provide feedback with the thumbs up. Otherwise the thumbs down option will provide you an option to leave a comment if you don’t like something about a particular response. This is similar to the feedback you’d leave on the Account Summary workflow that already exists today. 


If you use the thumbs down, you can provide a comment!


If you’d like to ask a new question, simply select the Ask A New Question option to start a new chat. This is useful if your conversation with EVA starts to get muddy or even in the chance it starts to error out. 


Similarly, if you select the Reset/Relaunch icon on the top bar next to the Close button, you’ll be able to go back to EVA’s home page completely.  EVA will clear out the conversation you had with EVA about EZLynx, however it will keep your account summarization conversation.


Ask a New Question to start over
1. Select relaunch to clear the history
2. Confirm you want to clear history.
Attention! - If you’re on an Applicant account in EVA and switch to another Applicant on EZLynx, the reset/relaunch button will simply relaunch into the new Applicant (as it does today). However, EVA will still clear out your EZLynx conversation but keep your account summarization conversation as mentioned above.
