The new Automation Execution Controls will enable your agency to refine workflows by scheduling actions on business days rather than holidays and setting precise times for sending emails and texts. This feature ensures communications are delivered at the most strategic moments for maximum impact. 

  • Improved Precision - Gain greater control over your automation processes by specifying exactly when actions should occur—whether on business days, at specific times, or according to other criteria tailored to your agency’s needs. 
  • Strategic Communication - Control the timing of your actions to design a more targeted and effective communication strategy. This ensures your messages reach customers at the optimal moments for maximum impact. 
  • Enhanced Engagement - Align your communications with customer behavior and schedules to improve engagement rates. Messages sent at the right time are more likely to be received, read, and acted upon. 
  • Increased Conversion - Delivering timely and relevant messages fosters a personalized experience that drives higher conversion rates, encouraging consumers to take the desired action and strengthening your bottom line.


Additionally, we’re introducing a new trigger in the Sales Center category to enhance productivity and ensure better customer follow-ups. This improvement reinforces our commitment to equipping agencies with tools that drive success.

Execution Controls


To access the new Execution Controls, you must be an Agency Admin. 

  1. Hover over the Settings (gear) icon on the left navigation bar. 
  2. Choose Automation Center
  3. Choose Settings.  


The Settings section was introduced when we added in the Suggested Automations. Now, you'll see new options which will allow you control when email/text communication are to be sent to your customers when automation center executes a workflow.



Set Day and Time for Email & Text actions

You will view the option – “What type of date would you like to use when defining automation touchpoint for Email and Text? “and be able to choose from below options 


  • Business Day – If you select this option, email and text would be sent to your customers on business days of the week, i.e. Monday to Friday.
  • Calendar Day - If you select this option, email and text would be sent to your customers on all days of the week.



Not only can you choose the days, but also the time when the email and/or text are supposed to be sent to your customer by setting a time range in the “Send automated Emails and Text” field. 



Set Day and Time for all other actions

You will view the option – “What type of date would you like to use when defining automation touchpoint for all other actions?” and choose one of the below options: 

  • Business Day – If you select this option, actions would execute on business days of the week, i.e. Monday to Friday.
  • Calendar Day - If you select this option, actions would execute on all days of the week.



Disable automation on holidays

You will view the option – “Disable automation on holidays and view the message Automation will be disabled on the following holidays: 

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Any scheduled automation actions that fall on these holidays will automatically execute on the following business day.” If you check this option, workflows will not be executed on holidays mentioned in the message. If you uncheck this option, workflows will be executed on the holidays mentioned.



New trigger in Automation Center

You will view a new trigger named X-Date Status trigger under Sales Center suite of triggers. This will trigger when an opportunity in Sales Center is moved from X-Date Status to New status.
