We are introducing powerful enhancements to the Streamlined Email Campaigns BETA, making it easier for admins and users to manage and track campaigns with greater flexibility and control. 

  • Improved User Experience
    • NEW! - The Draft and Template pages have been redesigned for a more intuitive experience. 
    • NEW! - Simplify navigation panel by relocating the Draft Campaigns and Templates pages into the new Campaigns page.
    • NEW! - Each tab within the Campaigns page now contains microcopy explaining the purpose of each tab.
    • The Sent and Scheduled, pages have been redesigned for a more intuitive experience.
    • Users can now easily distinguish between sent and canceled campaigns. 
    • Campaigns will now display the last modified date and last modified by when edited or canceled. 
    • Non-admin users can now edit their created campaigns, providing greater flexibility. 
  • Expanded Admin Control: 
    • NEW! - Admins can now edit and delete templates created by other users. 
    • NEW! - Admins can bulk cancel draft campaigns and templates. 
    • Admins with the Email Campaign Admin permission now have complete access to all campaigns within the organizations they have access to, regardless of ownership. 
    • Admins can edit campaign content and bulk cancel scheduled campaigns.
  • Enhanced Workflow for Scheduled Campaigns: 
    • NEW! - The create template workflow has been updated to EZ5, improving navigation and usability. 
    • NEW! - Users now have the option to send a test email to preview their template.
    • The Scheduled page has been updated to EZ5, improving navigation and usability.


These updates streamline the campaign management experience, giving admins and users the tools they need to efficiently manage, modify, and track email campaigns. We have more improvements on the way so keep an eye out for future releases!

Navigation Menu Update


To improve clarity, we have renamed the “Overview” page to “Dashboard.” This new name better reflects the purpose of the page, as it now contains key campaign metrics, insights, and reports, making it a true central hub for performance tracking. Redesigned Campaign Management 


We have redesigned the Sent, Scheduled, Template (NEW), and Draft (NEW) pages to align with the EZ5 experience, creating a more modern and intuitive workflow. Instead of having them as separate options in the navigation menu, we have introduced a new Campaigns section, where Sent, Scheduled, Template (NEW), and Draft (NEW) campaigns now live. 


This change consolidates campaign management into a single, streamlined location. Upcoming work will move Drafts and Templates into this section as well, further enhancing accessibility and efficiency. 



Alongside this structural update, we have introduced several enhancements to improve campaign management. 


Sent

The Sent page has been redesigned with the EZ5 experience, making it easier and more intuitive to track past campaigns. The new layout is cleaner, navigation is smoother, and finding the information you need is now faster than ever. 




We also added powerful new features to enhance how you interact with your sent campaigns. 


  • Side Panel Campaign Preview – Now, you can preview your sent campaign in a side panel without leaving the page, making it quick and easy to review the content. 




  • Recipient List Preview – Need to see who received your email? A new recipient preview panel lets you check the full list of recipients without extra clicks or loading new pages. 



  • Export Functionality – Previously users were only to export data in 6-month increments, with this redesign, users can export the data based on the date range they filtered by.  



  • Campaign Metrics – Users can quickly view the campaign's performance at the campaign level and the step level.  


With these updates, managing sent campaigns is now more efficient, organized, and user-friendly.



Scheduled

When you land on the Scheduled page, you will immediately notice the new EZ5 design, a cleaner, more user-friendly experience that makes managing scheduled campaigns easier.  


The difference is clear: navigation is smoother, actions are easier to access, and the page feels more organized. But does that mean the old version was bad? Not at all! It worked well, but we always look for ways to make things better and easier for our users. This update is all about improving the experience and making campaign management as simple as possible.  



What’s New for Basic Users? 

  • Edit Scheduled Campaigns – Basic Users can now update their scheduled campaigns before they are sent.



  • Improved Layout – Important details are now easier to find, making campaign management more efficient.  



What’s New for Admin Users?

  • Full Campaign Access – Admins can now see and manage all scheduled campaigns, even those created by other users. 
  • Edit Any Scheduled Campaign – Unlike basic users, admins can modify any scheduled campaign they have access to. 



  • Bulk Cancel Campaigns – Admins can cancel multiple scheduled campaigns at once, saving time. 


Drafts (NEW!)


The Draft page has been redesigned with the EZ5 experience, making it easier and more intuitive to track past campaigns. The new layout is cleaner, navigation is smoother, and finding the information you need is now faster than ever. 



What's new for Admin Users?

  • Bulk Delete: Admins can delete multiple drafts at once, saving time. 



With these updates, managing Draft campaigns is now more efficient, organized and user-friendly.


Templates (NEW!)


Templates Tab

When you land on the Template tab, you will immediately notice the new EZ5 design, a cleaner, more user-friendly experience that makes managing templates easier. 



What's new for Admin Users?

  • Full Template Access - Admins can now see and manage all Templates, even those created by other users. 
  • Bulk Delete Templates - Admins can delete multiple Templates at once, saving time. 
    • Please note that EZLynx Templates cannot be deleted. These templates do not have a checkbox section.



When Deleting in Bulk, if one or more templates are associated with Automation Center, we now inform the user which is the Automation Center template(s) they need to review.

What's new for all users?

  • Show/Hide EZLynx Global Templates - Agents can now show or hide the EZLynx global templates by using the 'Show EZLynx templates' toggle, helping agents navigate to their custom templates quicker.




Create Template Workflow 

We've updated our template creation process. This streamlined workflow aligns with the redesigned bulk email campaign workflow, and it guides you through the template creation process. 



You'll find it easier to use with options like 'Send Test Email' and 'Cancel' ensuring a smoother experience.



Workflow Sequence for Multi-Step Campaigns

You can now create multi-step email campaigns by adding up to 10 steps and deleting multiple email steps. The system allows setting wait times between steps (days, weeks) and navigating between steps while saving content automatically. 



Template Type

Define Template Type (Marketing/Non-Marketing) with appropriate disclaimers. 



These updates make managing Templates simpler, faster, and more intuitive for everyone. 


Enhanced Filters for Data Customization (NEW!)


To make it easier to find and analyze campaigns, we have introduced improved filtering options in all campaign sections (NEW!) These filters allow users to locate campaigns and refine data based on specific needs. 


New Filters Available: 

  • Template Name Search (NEW!) - A free-text search to quickly find specific templates.
  • Created By (NEW!) - A dropdown to filter by Created By.
  • Campaign Name Search – A free-text search to quickly find specific campaigns. 
  • Template Selection– A dropdown to filter campaigns by email template. 
  • Agency Selection – A dropdown to filter campaigns based on agency. 
  • Scheduled Date Filter – View campaigns scheduled within a specific timeframe. 
    • Default in the Scheduled tab: Last 3 months from today, with a maximum selection limit. 
    • Default in the Sent tab: Past 3 months up to today. 



Editing a scheduled campaign


To edit a scheduled campaign:


1. Select the Actions icon to open the Actions menu.

2. Choose Edit. This will open the Edit Scheduled Campaigns? window.

3. Select Edit to confirm you want to edit this campaign. This will open the Edit Campaign page.

4. Once you have completed your edits, select the Save Campaign button.



Please note, you cannot edit a step that has already been sent.

Canceling a Step in a Campaign


To cancel a step in a scheduled campaign:


1. Expand the campaigns so the details are visible.

2. Select Cancel next to the step. This will open the Cancel campaign Step? window.

3. Select Yes to confirm you want to cancel that step.



Canceling a Scheduled Campaign  


To schedule an entire campaign: 


1. Select the Actions icon to open the Actions menu.

2. Choose Cancel Campaign. This will open the Cancel campaign? window.

3. Select Yes to confirm you want to cancel the entire campaign. Please note, this is not reversible.



Bulk Cancelation 


If you are an Admin, you will be able to bulk cancel email campaigns. To do this: 


1. Check the boxes next to the campaigns you want to cancel. 

2. Select Cancel Campaigns. This will open the Bulk cancel campaigns? window.



3. Select Yes to confirm you want to cancel the selected campaigns. 



Email Signature Editing for Branch Admin


We have introduced a new enhancement that allows Branch Admins to edit their agency email signature within the global settings. This update provides greater flexibility and ensures consistent branding across email campaigns. 


The Branch Admin user must have the Email Campaign product enabled and the appropriate permissions. 


The system will check: 

  • If the logged-in user belongs to a branch. 
  • If the branch has the Email Campaign product enabled. 
  • If the user has admin permissions within the branch. 


If all criteria is met, the Branch Admin will have full access to edit the signature in the global settings for the branch they have access to. Other admins within the same branch with the same permissions can also edit the signature. 


  • If an admin leaves the branch or organization, they must contact support for assistance. 
  • If a branch inherits Email Campaign access from the main organization, no changes are needed, as settings will trickle down from the parent organization. 



This enhancement ensures that branch admins have the control they need while maintaining organizational consistency in email communications. 


Practical Applications 


This update transforms the way agents and admins manage Email Campaigns in EZLynx. With the following changes users gain more flexibility efficiency and control: 


  • A redesigned EZ5 experience

  • Smarter Campaign Management: With the redesigned Campaigns page and updated Draft and Template experiences, users can now manage their work more efficiently, Filters, cleaner layouts, and centralized access help agents find what they need faster. 
  • More Controls for Admins: Admins can now bulk delete drafts and templates, improving large-scale content management and ensuring only relevant materials remain available to their teams. In addition, Admins now have access to edit and delete templates created by other users within their organization.
  • Better Customer Engagement: The ability to preview sent campaigns and recipient lists helps users understand what works best and refine future messaging.
