With this release, we're excited to announce updates to the Email Campaign Activity Visualization BETA!


With this update, agents can access clear visualizations of email campaign activity, including delivery rates, open rates, and click rates. These insights empower agents to optimize their outreach strategies, refine messaging, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance. 


  • The Top Performing Subject Lines and Most Clicked Links insights were enhanced to also provide the associated campaigns. Previously this information was missing, and it prevented users from being able to identify which campaigns were making use of those specific links or subject lines.  


  • High-Level Campaign Overview: 
    • Top Performing Subject Lines: This metric highlights the subject lines that generated the highest open rates. It helps identify which types of subject lines are most effective in capturing your audience’s attention. 
    • Most Clicked Links: This metric highlights the clicked links that generated the highest click rates. It helps identify which types of links are most effective in capturing your audience’s attention. 
    • Users can leverage this information to inform their upcoming campaigns.

Top Performing Subject Lines 


This update enhances the Top Performing Subject Lines metric by displaying the most effective subject lines based on open rates. It also introduces a streamlined user interface and a new feature for viewing associated campaigns. 

 

  • Display Limitations: Only the top 20 subject lines will be shown. 
  • UI Modifications: 
    • Delivery range date picker is removed. 
    • The export button has been removed. 
    • The search email subject filter is removed. 
    • Pagination for the main page is removed. 
  • New “Associated Campaigns” Column: 
    • A new column, “Associated Campaigns,” is added for each subject line. 
    • Clicking the number in this column opens a drawer panel displaying linked campaigns. 
    • Subject lines with 0% open rates will not be displayed. 
This update ensures a more focused and efficient experience by removing unnecessary filters and adding deeper campaign insights. 




Most Clicked Links 


This update enhances the Most Clicked Links metric by displaying the most engaged links in email campaigns. It introduces a simplified interface and a new feature to view associated campaigns. 


  • Display Limitations: Only the top 20 most clicked links will be shown. 
  • UI Modifications: 
    • Delivery range date picker is removed. 
    • The export button has been removed. 
    • The search most clicked link filter has been removed. 
    • Pagination for the main page is removed. 
  • New “Associated Campaigns” Column: 
    • A new column, “Associated Campaigns,” is added for each link. 
    • Clicking the number in this column opens a drawer panel displaying linked campaigns. 


This update improves usability by removing unnecessary filters and adding deeper insights into campaign performance. 


Bounce Causes  


This update enhances the Bounce Causes metric by providing deeper insights into email bounces and improving data accessibility through a drawer panel. 


  • UI Modifications: 
    • Delivery range date picker is removed. 
    • An export option is available for Bounce Cause data. 
    • An “Assigned Producer” column is added to the Bounce Cause display. 
  • Drawer Panel Implementation: 
    • Clicking “Number of Bounced Emails” opens a drawer panel displaying detailed bounce data. 
      • Displayed Columns: 
      • Recipient Name (hyperlinked to redirect to the applicant account) 
      • Email Address 
      • Assigned Producer 
      • Status 
    • Rows Per Page: A drop-down with options for 20 (default), 50, or 100 rows per page. 
    • Pagination: Enabled within the drawer panel. 


This update improves usability by removing unnecessary filters and providing a structured view of bounce data.
