We’re excited to announce that with this release, you are now able to celebrate wins in real time with a new in-app notification feature! When a Sales Center Opportunity is moved to the "Won" status, a brief celebration will display throughout the system, spotlighting the Producer responsible for the win. 


This enhancement addresses the need for instant recognition and motivation within sales teams—making it easier to foster a culture of healthy competition and boost morale. The celebration is subtle yet impactful and can be toggled on or off in Sales Center Settings to suit your team’s preferences.

How it works  


Producer Celebrations are triggered when a Sales Center Opportunity is updated to the "Won" status. This can be done from: 

  • Opportunities Card View 
  • Opportunities Table View (single updates only) 
  • Editing an Opportunity via Workspace 
  • Automatic movement to “Won” if enabled in Sales Center Settings 


The celebration is visible system-wide to users who have access to Sales Center Opportunities, meaning agents will see it no matter where they are in EZLynx. 


To trigger a celebration, navigate to any of the supported views (Card, Table, or Workspace) and change the status of a single Opportunity to “Won.” Please note, Bulk updates in the Table View will not trigger the celebration. 



As soon as the status is updated, a notification will display at the bottom of the screen across the system. 


It includes: 

  • A brief animation 
  • The name of the Assigned Producer 
  • A congratulatory message: “Congratulations on making a sale!” 



For those with Sales Center Admin permissions, Celebration Notifications are managed within from Sales Center Settings. 

  1. Hover over the Sales Center icon.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Choose the Producer Notifications tab. 
  4. Here you will find a checkbox to disable or enable the celebration. 
  5. Make sure to click Save at the bottom of the page to finalize your changes.
