We’re excited to announce Policy Coverage Reports to the Reports 5.0 Beta with four new report options:
- Auto Personal Summary
- Auto Commercial Summary
- Home Summary
- Worker’s Compensation Summary
With this release, you can access richer coverage breakdowns, deductible insights, and improved policy summaries, helping you better analyze your agency’s risk exposure and customer portfolio.

What's in it for me?
- Agency Risk Review: Quickly see coverage and deductible breakdowns across lines of business to identify clients with low deductibles or minimum coverage to recommend stronger protection.
- Cross-Sell Opportunities: Visualize home policy details like siding, alarms and renovations to guide client discussions and suggest additional coverage.
- Driver Management: Use auto personal driver/excluded driver counts to advise families on coverage gaps.

How it works
The new Policy Coverage reports can be found by following the below steps:
- Hover over the Reports icon.
- Choose Policy Coverage.

Auto Commercial Summary
1. Access Reports > Policy Coverages > Auto Commercial Summary.
2. View high-level vehicle and driver counts, with policy map visualization.
3. Track deductible categories for quick policy grouping.
Auto Personal Summary
1. Open Reports > Policy Coverages > Auto Personal Summary.
2. Review Limits by Coverage for Bodily Injury, PIP, UM/UIM, and more.
3. Filter policies by deductible ranges to understand client risk tolerance.
Home Summary
1. Go to Reports > Policy Coverages > Home Summary.
2. Explore Deductible Amount by Type across wind, hail, theft, and hurricane coverage.
3. Review Home Features (pools, alarms, siding) and Renovation Year Breakdown.
Worker’s Compensation Summary
1. Navigate to Reports > Policy Coverages > Worker’s Compensation Summary.
2. View Coverage Breakdown by Clients and Employers Liability distributions.
3. Drill into Deductible Amount by Type for accident, disease, and policy coverage.
FAQs
Q1. Can I export these summaries?
- Yes, all summaries can be exported to Excel or PDF for sharing with clients or internal reviews.
Q2. Why do some commercial auto policies show undefined deductibles?
- This occurs when policy data does not include a specified deductible amount. Work with carriers to update records.
Q3. How are home renovation years determined?
- They are sourced directly from client policy submissions. Always confirm with insured for accuracy.
