The fastest way to find one policy is to use the Search box in the upper left of most EZLynx screens.  If the system doesn't locate the policy, it may be unmatched, hasn't been received, or you may be searching the wrong policy number.

  1. If the policy is written with a downloading carrier:
    •  Check Unmatched Transactions:
      • Downloads are marked as Unmatched when the system is unable to match the transaction download to a specific applicant.
      • Hover over the Policy Mgmt icon, select Policy Transactions, and click the Unmatched tab.
    • Or, maybe the download was unsuccessful for some reason:
      • Call the carrier and ask them to re-send the transaction.

      • Or, if the downloading carrier uses IVANS, click here for the IVANS Resend Policy Transaction Guide.

      • If an IVANS carrier says they already sent the download, ask for the date/time of the download or for the IVANS download receipt. EZLynx can check downloads on our end with the download receipt or date/time information.


        2.  If the policy is written with a non-downloading carrier, it has to be entered into EZLynx manually. Check out our Policies - Creating & Managing Your Policies article to learn more!


Check if the carrier is on the list below. If so, then contact downloadsupport@ezlynx.com to verify that our EZLynx software is working correctly.

Restart Transfer Manager


If you have noticed that you are not getting your downloads from Carriers that must be processed through our EZLynx Transfer Manager Service, the transfer manager service may have stopped. This may occur after a Windows Software or a Security Software program has updated or installed onto your computer.


Check to see if the Transfer Manager has Stopped


1. On your computer, click on the Magnifying Glass or Search Box and type "EZLynx Transfer Manager".


2. The application option will appear as a best match. Click on the option to open the application. 

3. If there is a red circle in the bottom left-hand corner that says "Stopped", the EZLynx Transfer Manager has stopped and needs to be restarted via the Windows Services. 



Restart the Transfer Manager Service


1. On your computer, click on the Magnifying Glass or Search Box and type "Services".



2. The Windows Services application will appear as a best match. Click on the option to open the application. 



2. In Services, locate EzLynxAL3TransferService and click on it. 

3. Then, click Start the service.



Check to see the Files have Now Processed


1. On your computer, click on the Magnifying Glass or Search Box and type "EZLynx Transfer Manager".



2. The application option will appear as a best match. Click on the option to open the application. 

3. If there is a green circle in the bottom left-hand corner that says "Running", the EZLynx Transfer Manager has started and has sent over the waiting files.
