Within EZLynx Rating Engine, there are fields for agent / producer codes.  Sometimes the user types their code in manually, and other times the field has a drop-down menu of codes.  The options in the drop-down menu transfer to EZLynx from the carrier site, based on the carrier login set in EZLynx.  Therefore, EZLynx does not control which codes are available in the drop-down menu.  We simply display the same codes that are available on the carrier site.  


If a code is missing from the drop-down menu in EZLynx, this is always a carrier issue:

  • Log into your carrier account.
    • If the code is not displayed in your carrier account, the carrier must add the code to your carrier account.
    • If the code is displayed in your carrier account,  the carrier still has to make some type of update within your carrier account that will transfer the code to EZLynx.
