- Now, the statement is ready to be deleted.
- Locate the duplicate statement, and click Actions.

- PLEASE NOTE: Your admin may have set up your account with a No Delete option. If this is the case, contact your agency admin to update your permissions.

"No Policy Found" on Commission Statement
While manually entering a line item to a commission statement, you must match it to an existing policy in EZLynx. If you're searching for a policy that you know already exists in EZLynx, but you receive a "No policies found" message, it's because the policy's Billing Type is incorrectly set to Agency Bill. To fix the issue, you'll need to change the Billing Type to Direct Bill.
To change a policies Billing Type to Direct Bill:
- Go to the applicant's Overview tab, and locate the policy.
- At the right, click Actions, and select Edit.
- Set Billing Type to Direct.
- Click Save Policy.
- Return to the line item you're adding to the commission statement and search for the policy again.
Rules or Producer Codes Won't Update?
When Commission rules or producer code overrides are changed, open statements must run through the commission rules again to ensure producers are paid based on the updated rules or producer codes.
- Hover over the Policy Management icon- Under Commissions, select Statements.
- Locate the Commission Statement, and click Actions in blue to the far right.
- Select Edit Details.
- When the Statement opens, check the Approve box to un-approve all line items.
- Click Update Commissions to re-run the Statement through the commission rule and producer code changes.
- EZNote: Doing this ensures that Producers are paid commissions based on the updated rules or producer codes.
