Downloading carriers send downloads to your Agency's IVANS electronic mailbox. We (EZLynx) check that electronic mailbox every 15 minutes to check for any new downloads. If we find some, we move them into your account. You can locate these policies 2 different ways.


  • From the Homepage via the Policy Downloads box. This box will show the numbers for the last 7 days.
  • From the Management System folder via Policy Transactions.


Note! Only Management System Admins can see the Unmatched Downloads information. 



Under the Matched tab, you can find all of the downloaded policies that have been matched to a Customer's Account. You can search for a specific policy using the Search field and the filters on the left pane. Also, you can expand each of the items to see additional customer information.



Did you know? - You can click on the green names like Customer Account or Policy# and it will take you to that Customer's Account or Policy respectively.
