FIX - Waiting for Input Timeout

There is only one reason for the Waiting for Input Timeout error. The Carrier needed more information in order to successfully provide a quote and the additional questions were not answered within the 5 minute limit.
To get a successful quote, Resubmit the quote and expand and answer the questions before the time-limit runs out.
