Receiving the message, "Payment Options not Provided by Carrier?" This is simply a display issue, and there is a quick fix to view the premium returned by the carrier. 



Carriers return various payment options with their EZLynx quotes. The EZLynx Quote results page includes a Payment Option dropdown menu that includes the following options: Full Pay, EFT Premium and Monthly PremiumWhen this message appears, it means the carrier did not send the information back to EZLynx for the selected payment option. To resolve, simply change the Payment Option dropdown to Full Pay Premium. On the carrier site, there may be additional payment options, but they didn't send all the data back to EZLynx.


On the top of the Quote Results page, check the Full Pay, Monthly, EFT options. Some carriers do not send EFT and Monthly Premium details, so try the Full Pay option instead.
