Automatic Change Request Confirmation Feature

EZLynx is excited to announce that we are enabling one of our BETA features for all agencies as of 05/26/2021! This new feature is called "Automatic Change Request Confirmation". This new feature automatically compares downloaded policy changes against the change requests, as entered, to confirm their accuracy. If everything 100% matches, the system will automatically confirm the change request for you and close it out. This saves your agency precious time and enhances the overall user experience within our Management System!

What does the "Automatic Change Request Confirmation" do?
This new feature automatically compares downloaded policy changes against the change requests, as entered, to confirm their accuracy. If everything 100% matches, the system will automatically confirm the Change Request for you and close it out. This saves your agency precious time and enhances the overall user experience within our Management System! Does this feature work for ALL lines of business?

If the download matches the change request and once the change request is confirmed, where can we track it?
The confirmed change requests can be tracked in the "Change Request Detail" report. We don't continue to show in the Policy History tab as it can clutter up the Policy History section and prevent you from focusing on the right things when servicing your customers.
If the download from the carrier does not match the change request, would the system alert me?
Yes! Our system creates a task for the agent assigned to the customer's account in EZLynx. The task includes the change request details alerting the assigned agent to review. This way, the assigned agent has to deal only with the exceptions and review the policy change downloaded from the carrier to ensure accuracy or follow-up with the carrier when required.
