As we continue to update and enhance our new master certificate workflow, we have added some key refinements in this release to make it easier to work with certificate holders. Exporting certificate holders from a master certificate did not follow the spreadsheet format supported by the import function at the Add Certificate Holders step. We have corrected this issue to simplify the certificate holder import and export processes. This update also makes it easier to reuse certificate holders across different master certificates. Exporting Existing Holders


For an existing master certificate with certificate holders, go to the Master Certificate Overview page, and select "Export Holders" from the "Actions" menu. 




Once you save that list of exported holders, you can share and/or update the relevant spreadsheet with your customers with any of the relevant changes that need to made. When complete, re-upload them right in to a new or existing certificate in the "Add Certificate Holders" step in the workflow



On this new page, select the "Import" option and then select the "From CSV" option.

On the resulting page, upload the list that you previously downloaded. Once you upload the list, follow the existing steps to get the certificate holders uploaded and added to the certificate. Note how the exported list has matching columns in the "Map Column Headers" part of the workflow. 


Upload Certificate Holders Using the Template


If you are uploading certificate holders for the first time, we recommend that you use the template within the certificate workflow. To access the template, go to the "Add Certificate Holders" section of the new master certificate workflow and then select the "Import" button and the "From CSV" in the dropdown. On the new page, select the "APPROVED CSV TEMPLATE" in the message box displayed on the page.

On the newly downloaded template, type in or copy and paste your certificate holders into the spreadsheet. Once you have added all the new certificate holders, save the spreadsheet to your desktop. Go back to EZLynx and on the "Upload File" step, either drag and drop or browse and upload the file that you saved to your desktop. After adding the new file, walk through the next steps to upload the certificate holders.
