Management System - Agency Workspace Reload Enhancement

Agency workspace has gone global! EZLynx users can now reload content within the Agency Workspace without having to do a full-page browser refresh. This enhancement will provide agencies with more flexibility to interact with multiple applicant accounts while utilizing Workspace without limitations and will allow the Agency Workspace to be used to its full capacity. Global Agency Workspace Enhancements
You can now interact with the Agency Workspace and the rest of the EZLynx application simultaneously! We understand how constraining it may be to ensure that the information within Workspace is in a state where you can easily navigate away from it to interact with other areas within EZLynx.
For example, there may be times when you are in the middle of typing a note in Workspace for an applicant when a different customer calls to obtain their policy information; you are left with the decision to save the note as is or leave the page without saving to get your customer what they need.
Now, the Agency Workspace is enhanced to better support you and your customer's needs through global initiatives to allow for optimal use of the Agency Workspace. Now, the Agency Workspace will maintain its state to allow you to interact with other EZLynx pages while maintaining use of Workspace.
New Reload Icon
You no longer need to close and reopen the Agency Workspace or do a full-page browser refresh to reload the Agency Workspace to its original state. You can now reload content within the Agency Workspace with the new Reload icon! Anytime the icon is shown, Workspace will reload to provide you with a clean view to begin your workflows and processes.
With the Agency Workspace becoming more independent of the EZLynx pages you are on, it is important to note that Workspace will not automatically reload to show information to applicants. You will need to manually reload Workspace to show the information for the applicant.
For example, if you are adding a note for Sarah, one of your customers and Dave, another customer, calls in to update his address on file, the Workspace will not automatically reload to show Dave's information if you navigate to Dave's account page. Unless the Workspace is reloaded using the new Reload icon or is closed and reopened again, you will continue to see Sarah's information shown within Workspace.
When is Reload Icon Shown?
The new reload icon is shown on the following Workspace panes:
- Add Note - Search Pane
- Add Note - Discussion View
- Task List View
Anytime the reload icon is shown, you have the ability to reload the agency workspace. If you are interacting with Workspace for one customer and navigate to a different customer's account page, you will see a warning message to inform you that you are viewing a discussion for an applicant different than the applicant's account page you are currently on. The warning will disappear if you navigate to a non-applicant specific page such as Submission Center or Automation Center.
Attention! - Please note that the Agency Workspace is independent of most EZLynx pages, meaning that there may be some pages where Workspace reloads when the page navigates away from the current view. |
Reload Confirmation
If you select the option to reload the Agency Workspace, you will be prompted with a confirmation question to confirm whether you decision to reload Workspace. This is shown to prevent the loss of any unsaved work.
- Selecting 'yes' will confirm and allow the Workspace reload.
- Selecting 'no' will close the confirmation question and maintain the current statue of Workspace.
